- A receipt will be issued for all payments made
- Price changes may occur for new enrollments; existing students are not affected
Installment Plans
For certain course packages, we offer installment payment options. If you opt for installments:
- Full payment terms apply to the entire course value
- Missed installments may result in course suspension
- Late fees may be applicable for overdue payments
- Course access continues during installment payments
6. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Request made within 7 days of enrollment or first class, whichever is earlier
- Less than 2 live classes attended
- Course services not yet delivered or commenced
- Payment made but course access not provided due to technical issues
Non-Refundable Items

- Courses attended beyond 2 classes
- Mock test subscriptions (after activation)
- Recorded course materials after 48 hours of purchase
- Consultation sessions after completion
- Processing fees or transaction charges
- Courses purchased during promotional periods
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Your account will be deactivated immediately
- All course materials and access will be revoked

- Engage in cheating during tests or examinations
Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate account suspension, refusal of future services, and potential legal action.
9. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Lost profits or revenue
- Loss of data or business opportunity
- Inability to achieve desired academic results
- Any damages resulting from service interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
